At Sodhriti Astro Solve Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds are applicable for our products and services.

1. Refunds for Digital Services

Due to the personalized nature of our astrology services (such as consultations, reports, and horoscope analyses), we do not offer refunds once a service has been delivered.

However, if:

  • You did not receive the report or consultation within the promised timeframe
  • There was a technical error or incomplete delivery

Please contact us within 48 hours of the issue, and we will make every effort to resolve the concern or re-deliver the service.

2. Refunds for Physical Products

You may request a refund for physical items (e.g., gemstones, yantras, pooja items) only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • The product delivered is incorrect or not as described
  • The product was lost in transit and cannot be tracked

To be eligible:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide photographs of the damaged/incorrect item
  • Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receipt (if applicable)

Non-refundable items:

  • Customized or energized products
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Any product requested for return/refund beyond the specified timeframe

3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other cases, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received:

  • First check your bank or payment provider
  • Then contact us if it’s been more than 10 business days since the refund confirmation
